2027 Representative Trials

Is your child ready to take basketball to the next level?

Registrations are now open for the 2027 Cessnock Cobras Representative Trials. We are looking for committed, coachable, and passionate players who are ready to represent Cessnock throughout the 2027 Basketball NSW representative season.

Whether they aim to build on previous representative experience or are trialing for the first time, we encourage all eligible players to register and give it their best shot.

Thursday 15th October 2026

5:00pm – 6:00pm

Boys Under 12 players born 2016-2018
Boys Under 14 players born 2014-2015
Girls Under 14 players born 2014-2015
Girls Under 16 players born 2012-2013

6:00pm – 7:00pm

Boys Under 16 players born 2012-2013
Boys Under 18 players born 2010-2011

Saturday 17th October 2026

12:00pm – 1:00pm

Boys Under 12 players born 2016-2018
Boys Under 14 players born 2014-2015
Girls Under 14 players born 2014-2015

NOTE: All players are required to attend both trial sessions to be considered for team selection.

Trial Fee

$30 per player

Parent Information Session

Parents and guardians of players wishing to trial are required to attend our Parent Information Session.

This session will provide an overview of the representative program, player expectations, travel commitments, training schedules, costs, and the selection process. It is an excellent opportunity to ask questions and ensure your family understands the commitment involved in representative basketball.

Reversible training singlet (if available)
