Tonight Cessnock Cobras U14 Boys went down to Newcastle City Rangers.
Some abysmal passing in the first half allowed Newcastle easy points, but Cessnock corrected the course in the second half playing much-improved basketball.
Alex Bultitude played some great minutes, and Hamish Zoneff was his ever-dependable self, guiding the team without Nic Allan-Ross, Seth White and Luca Sheridan.
William Drayton was the leading scorer with 14, followed by Dean Genova-Lewis with 8.
This week’s MVP is William Drayton. Maverick Cameron was Defensive Player of the Week.
